  • Served on agency leadership team for the MBTA.com website redesign (awarded best government website). Conducted stakeholder interviews, focus groups and in-field research, moderated usability testing and presented and sold work.

Client Services Director, Third Screen Media: Boston, MA (acquired by AOL)                                            March 2005 – March 2006

  • Functioned as the primary client-service lead and assumed financial responsibility to grow revenue and manage P&L. Clients included Microsoft, Sprint, Verizon, USA Today, The Weather Channel, Reuters and Fandango. Pitched business, negotiated contracts and managed creation of marketing communications collateral, website and blog.

  • Co-founded digital agency—from business plan to 13 full-time employees. Responsible for brand development, hiring, process definition, business development and agency P&L.
